Finally a good espresso at work

Ostin mökki/venekeittimeksi pour over -hommien jatkeeksi.
Systeemi on periaatteessa mukava käyttää, mutta ”portafilter” on pieni ja annostelu voi olla vähän haastavaa, 8 gramman suositellulla annosmäärällä ei kamalasti pelivaraa jää. Mittalusikka antaa kohtuullisen hyvän tuloksen ja sillä voi tampata kohtuullisesti. Kiikkerässä paikassa kätensä voi melko helposti polttaa vettä lisätessä, mutta kuulunee harrastuksen luonteeseen…
Sitten kun kahvit on saatu ladattua esilämmitettyyn laitteeseen ja vesisäiliössä on kuumaa vettä, itse kahvin tekeminen on helppoa! 4-5 pumppausta pre-infusioniin ja siitä viisi-kuusi lisää ja kupissa on varsin erinomainen espresso sijainnista riippumatta.
Ajattelin nanopresson poistaa seuraavaksi, koska ilmeisesti vieläkin parempi isommalla filtterillä. Mutta satunnaiseen käyttöön tällä selviää erinomaisesti. Hyvä vehje.

Erittäin hyvä ja laadukas. Kahvin maku paljon parempi mitä edellisessä Expresso Omnipressossa. Suojakotelosta hyötyä, ettei sotke laukussa/repussa käytön jälkeen.
